We’ve been here for about the third time, and I’d definitely recommend it. The service is great, and they help with whatever you need. They also have extras like kayak rental, hottibe, and warm bread.

The cabin itself is wonderful, comfortable, and well equipped, but the service was disappointing. We arrived to a very cold place and an unwelcoming greeting, as if we’d walked into an igloo. They also charged extra for four towels because we were staying just one night. I don’t think that’s appropriate, since basic items like these should be included. We missed the usual little courtesies too, things like tea bags, napkins, kitchen towels, and sweetener. Those details affect the guest experience, and they didn’t match the quality of the place.

We’re from Antofagasta and spent a week there. The loft had everything we needed, was very clean, and the place was so quiet. Carolina and her daughter were very welcoming, and the view of the volcano was wonderful. Nothing bad to say, a 10 out of 10, and I’d absolutely recommend it.
