I was amazed every time I looked out the window during my 4 days here. If you can, get a lake view room, it’s absolutely worth it. The hotel is right in central Puerto Varas. The rooms are a little dated but work fine, breakfast was tasty, and the bar staff were genuinely friendly. The drinks and beers were really good too.

The location is perfect, and the rooms are nice, with friendly staff. I had a great experience overall, though breakfast could be a bit better. The pool was a total disappointment, and the “Spa” isn’t really a “spa”.

We could walk all around town easily, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our second floor room faced the volcano, and the breakfast views were just as amazing, with a good selection. The pool left a lot to be desired, so we didn’t use it, and the atmosphere there was poor. Some parts of the hotel felt a little dated, but that didn’t bother us.

It’s easy to get around on foot from this hotel, with shops, restaurants, and a nice 2km walk along the lake right nearby. We liked having free parking, and the included breakfast was enjoyable, especially watching the sail boats and rowers each morning. Our room looked out over the lake, with lovely volcano and lake views. The hotel was clean and wonderful. The pool wasn’t anything special, but we spent all day outside anyway.
