At 7 pm, my husband and I had to find somewhere else to stay for the night. The manager tried to charge us extra for our reservation. The Hostal is run down and sits down an alley in a seedy location. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere reputable!

Simple, but nice.

Margarita and Manuel were wonderful, always ready to help with anything we needed. They recommended places to visit, lunch spots, and things to do in Punta Arenas. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the location is excellent, near the cemetery, free trade zone, and main square. 100% recommended! 👍

I felt so comfortable here that I didn’t want to leave. The owners were welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service. I had my own private bathroom with a heater and a queen-size bed for single or double occupancy. Having independence, privacy, and a place to prepare meals were the main advantages of this kind of accommodation.
