Apart Hotel Quillango

After trying other hotels in Punta Arenas, we found this one had everything we needed. The room was a nice temperature and had enough space to open our bags without hassle. The facilities were useful and worked well, the staff were helpful, and the location was convenient. We’ll definitely come back when we visit Chile again.

It was quiet and pleasant, and they put out fresh breakfast food each day. There’s graffiti all around, which makes the place look a bit ghetto, but it felt very safe. The workers were really nice and helpful too. The laundry guy down the street does amazing work.

The rooms were comfortable, and I loved the bed. The staff were lovely and especially helpful when I had trouble with my car rental. I wasn’t keen on the location, though: it’s a fair walk into town and there aren’t good views. It’d be fine if you have a car or don’t mind walking 15-20 minutes to town.

I don’t often write reviews, but the friendly staff and super clean room made me want to leave one. They answered all my questions and went the extra mile for me. It was a bonus that the reception staff spoke English, which I don’t often find in this part of the world. The location is great, it’s very quiet, and downtown is only minutes away on foot. Thank you so much!
