The owner was elderly, pleasant, and easy to talk to. The place is old but nice. The price seemed high compared with other nearby places, and the breakfast seating arrangement was a bit much. As a solo traveler, I ended up isolated.

It was one of the cheaper options in Punta Areanas, but the place felt very worn and wasn't very clean. Nobody warned us that a group of schoolchildren would arrive at 11pm, make noise until well after midnight, then leave very early. The owner's attitude was poor, and she didn't seem to care or even apologize. I wish we'd stayed somewhere else.

The host was extremely friendly and breakfast was great. Our private room slanted a little, though it wasn't a big deal. The rooms were clean, and the dorms looked nice.
