For $70,000, the room has no air conditioning and there's no way to contact reception. Both beds creak and make a lot of noise.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the service was amazing. The rooms were neat and very clean, with comfortable, clean sheets. I was surprised by how many extra services the TV offers. The location is great, just around the corner from the main square, so you can head out for a stroll and come straight back. Prices may be a little high, but I think they're reasonable overall.

The food is good and home-style, and everyone was friendly and helpful. It also seems reasonably priced and works for a family or someone traveling alone. There are a few problems, though: shower water leaks across the bathroom, and privacy needs work since people walking along the central hallway can see through the windows. All the rooms are small, so groups of more than four can't share one; a large family would need to rent two rooms.

The location is excellent, and they have parking off-site. Alejandra welcomed us warmly when we checked in. The room was simple and adequate, though a lower bed rail would be nice, and there are no coat racks in the bathroom for towels. Hot water takes a long time to come through, and the Wi-Fi comes and goes. Breakfast costs extra, and the price doesn't match the quality. Auri served us with a very bad attitude and was extremely rude, but Noelia was kind and took care of the rest of our breakfast when I asked her for help.
