The owner was always ready to sort out any issue, and the service was excellent. Our room was roomy and comfortable, with a modern kitchen and a nice dining space. It was very well equipped, too. The air conditioning was needed and worked perfectly.

We had a lovely stay, and the owner welcomed my family and me warmly. He even brought us breakfast and was kind, attentive, and helpful. The apartment had air conditioning, dishes, an induction cooktop, cable TV, and parking, among other things. It felt complete, comfortable, and safe, especially for the price.

We were left without a place to stay on a very important day, when finding another reservation was difficult. We had booked through WhatsApp on November 1st and received confirmation. When we called on the day to get the address, though, they said there was no booking. I sent screenshots as proof, but they said nothing appeared in WhatsApp or their system and they couldn't help. I asked them to offer a solution, but they only repeated that the reservation didn't exist. A confirmation from their reservations WhatsApp gave us reason to trust the booking would be honored. Anyone booking should double-check by phone too, because relying on a WhatsApp message alone doesn't seem safe.
