The location is pleasant, there’s lots of parking, and it stays pretty quiet. The rooms are cozy and spacious, though they only provide the bare essentials for toiletries. Breakfast needs more attention: it should start earlier, and the menu could use more variety and better quality. Less food doesn’t make it gourmet, and it shouldn’t come at a high price.

Dinner was nicely prepared, with excellent food and good service at a reasonable price. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. They’re currently offering 15% off on Friday and Saturday nights.

The only explanation I got was that the water heaters hadn’t been maintained. There was no heating, and the shower had no hot water. Breakfast was takeaway only: bread with cheese, an apple, and juice. Never again.

I came away feeling relaxed and able to switch off here. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the reception, cleaning, and kitchen staff were all incredibly helpful. The service and value were great, and I loved the hotel. Absolutely recommended, it felt like an investment worth making 🌷🌷🌷 - Ingrid Molgas Zepeda - Candidate for City Council 2021-2024 for Salamanca 😉😉❤️
