The staff were awesome and really helpful. Just a heads-up, the rooms are cabins, so we expected something more like a hotel. In summer, the trees block the view, though it might be nice in another season.

The staff were helpful getting a fire going, and the place itself is great. The frequent power outages were the awful part.

We stayed in a classic loft bungalow and had loads of room. The balcony looked right over the river, and there were fireplaces both inside and out. Breakfast supplies came to our room each morning at the time we chose. There's a shared pool and grassy spot with a hammock and other places to sit. The staff were very friendly, and the bungalows sit right beside the river.

Nights on the river-facing balcony were wonderful, with the river sounds and a fire. There's space for a bonfire and barbecue, and plenty of wood and charcoal. We stayed in a river-facing loft cabana, and the days were beautiful too. The staff were super friendly, and Jose was especially helpful. I'd love to come back in winter sometime.

Everyone on staff was amazing, and the cabin was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and breakfast. It felt safe and was easy to reach. I had a great stay and will definitely return someday. Thanks for everything!
