We were grateful they let us use a shower after our Uyuni tour, even though we’d stayed there a few days earlier. We also ate at the restaurant, and the food was delicious. The building is beautiful, with comfortable, pleasant spaces, and the service showed care in the details. We had a great stay in San Pedro de Atacama and would happily recommend the place.

After tiring excursions around the area, we were more than happy to come back here. The place combines traditional and modern touches, and its facilities are available 24 hours. The amenities are focused on what you need in Atacama. Service was professional, and the staff were helpful and always smiling. We definitely recommend it.

The price is far too high for what you get, and the website photos don’t match reality. Reception staff seemed clueless whenever I asked for help. Our room was in bad shape, old with what felt like a fake renovation. The shower floods every time because the glass screen is too small. The hair dryer ran for a minute then shut off, so I couldn’t dry my hair. The phone didn’t work, and there was no mini-fridge, TV, or mirror. The walls are paper thin, so you hear neighbors day and night. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7, when most excursions have already begun. The pool is beside the main road and doesn’t look like the pictures at all. A horrible experience. Seriously consider other places with better value for the price.

They went above and beyond after we told them we were vegan, accommodating us at breakfast and for other meals. The service was impeccable, and we were delighted with how well they looked after us. The rooms were clean and mostly comfortable. A couple of things bothered us: the design is poor and the thin walls let you hear people snoring next door. The bathrooms are tiny, with nowhere to put a toiletry bag. There’s no mirror in the room, only one in the bathroom, and it’s not helpful when that little mirror steams up.
