The location is great, and the room is fine if you're mostly out sightseeing. But tours here tend to run in the morning and afternoon with a break between them. Coming back to rest during that gap was rough because the room got really hot, with no fan and no decent window.

We were given snack boxes for the early days when there wasn't time to have breakfast, and the staff were very helpful. The inner patio was a good place to chat with other guests, the WiFi worked fine, and nobody pressured us about water use like we'd experienced at other hotels in the city. Finding a decent hotel in San Pedro can be hard. This one was simple and nice.

Good value for the price, and the room was clean. The staff were kind and helpful, and the location near the main street Caracoles was very convenient. Breakfast was included, and when I had an early trip they gave me some snacks to take along.

Martha the caretaker was an excellent host, and the service was outstanding. The rooms work perfectly for two people spending a weekend in the desert 🌵
