Noi Casa Atacama

I booked after reading decent reviews, but serious illness meant I could no longer travel. I provided a doctor’s note, yet the hotel wouldn’t refund any of the large amount I paid or give me credit. A huge disappointment!

The location seems good, but I haven’t seen my room yet, so I can’t say what it’s like. There’s no flexibility for early check-in. Travelers end up piled into the small lobby looking tired, with kids running around screaming. I’d traveled door to door for 24 hours and they still kept me waiting.

The location is excellent, but the staff weren’t helpful and wouldn’t accept a debit card. The rooms need attention. There was nobody around the bar, and the pool bar wasn’t operating. Both the plunge pool and swimming pool were far too cold to enjoy. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Noi Casa was the worst experience we’ve had in more than 15 countries of travel over the past two years. For what we paid, the facilities were severely disappointing. We’d hoped to relax with access to the jacuzzi and a nice pool area, but neither amenity was usable. The service was deeply unsatisfactory too. The hotel manager was dishonest, and despite prior arrangements our breakfast to go wasn’t prepared. This hotel was everything we’d want to avoid on holiday. We strongly recommend choosing somewhere else for a pleasant, hassle-free stay.
