We missed the bus from Santiago one night and booked just two hours ahead. Hugo was welcoming and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat for two hungry vegans. Gracias Hugo y Wendy. SPANISH SPEAKING ONLY

Don Hugo made a fabulous breakfast for us, and we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds were. My wife, my in-laws, and I are grateful for the warm welcome in his home. Cleanliness was a 7 out of 10 👌🏻. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

The breakfast was really good, with bread, eggs, jams, local cheese, ham, and muffins. The house was warm and very clean, with a kitchen for storing things and preparing meals. We also had cable TV, internet, air conditioning in the rooms, useful outlets, room for luggage, and a nice bathroom with a hot shower. Everything was perfect.

I’m in Santa Cruz often for work and love staying with Hugo & Gwendy. Their house is lovely and in a great neighborhood, and there’s a private kitchen for guests. They’re the nicest hosts, always attentive, and serve a hearty, delicious breakfast. 1000% recommended!
