Hotel Boutique Grand Cru

I was nervous about feeling safe, comfortable, and relaxed on my first trip to Chile, but Hotel Grand Cru exceeded what I expected. Our spacious room felt modern and cosy. The staff were kind, patient, and thorough. We had a large group, and the shared dining and event space worked well for socialising and having lunch together. The location is ideal, near top vineyards, the casino, and several great museums. I’ll stay here again.

Hotel Grand Cru was a highlight of our first trip to South America. It has an intimate, unique feel, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. We were there for the annual wine festival with friends, and the beautiful setting, good company, and delicious food made it unforgettable. The hotel is cosy and lovely, with great amenities like a gym, pool, and even a pickleball court. The staff were accommodating and suggested fantastic activities, then helped arrange our bookings and transport. The food was among the best I’ve had in my life, and a remarkable introduction to Chilean cuisine.

The rooms feel like small apartments, with a lovely sense of space, and made a positive difference to our time in Santa Cruz. The hotel is comfortable and restful, and chatting with the staff is a pleasure. Even from the phone call, you can tell the manager really cares about the place. The surroundings were clean and pleasant.

The rooms are beautiful and roomy, with very comfortable beds, a large bathroom, and a great shower. Though it’s not an aparthotel, ours had a fridge, kettle, microwave, tea, coffee, and sugar. Parking is safe and secure, and breakfast was delicious. It’s outside the city centre, but easy to reach. Very comfortable and relaxing, with excellent service. Highly recommended. 😊
