Cecilia made me feel like I had an ally, treating every concern as if I were the most important person in Santiago. I've traveled a lot, and I don't think I've met anyone like her. My apartment at Altos Alameda was perfect, nicely decorated, and conveniently located. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything I needed, and the whole stay far exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about my first trip to Chile, since I didn't know anyone, my Spanish isn't very good, and these are difficult times. Having good, kind people matters most to me when I travel, and this place felt like home. I'll definitely stay there again when I return.
