Museums, restaurants, and theaters are all walkable from this lovely place. It's a good choice if you're traveling on a budget but don't want to lower your standards. Tatiana is always around and makes you feel at home. Highly recommended.

Tatiana was a fantastic host. She helped us sort out laundry and luggage, even over Easter weekend. Our group of three stayed in the ground-floor unit, with its own door and gate. It was cozy, roomy enough for all of us, and had a well-equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. The metro is about five minutes away, and Lastarria, Bellavista, and Italia are an easy walk. We were very happy with the place and wouldn't hesitate to book it.

Tatiana and the staff were so friendly and attentive, and I couldn't find fault with Amstelhuis. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is great. I'd definitely stay again!

The house is spotless, with spacious, comfortable rooms and a fully equipped kitchen that's handy for a few days in the city. Tatiana is very friendly and welcoming. It's near the metro, public transport to anywhere in Santiago, supermarkets, and shops. Lovely place.

It's a very nice place, but the parking listed on the hotel website is actually public parking, so finding a space depends on luck. You can't pay by credit card, and there's no way to get a receipt.
