The reception team were friendly, professional, and there around the clock. WhatsApp worked well for communication, their English was very good, and they helped with practical things like arranging an airport taxi and lending us an iron. The Bellavista location is a real plus, with many sights an easy walk away: Museo de Bellas Artes, Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, Museo de Arte Precolombino, Casa Colorada, Lastarria, Cerro Santa Lucía, and the funicular up Cerro San Cristóbal. Getting around Santiago was very easy from there. Our apartment was simple but functional for preparing our own meals. There were plenty of power outlets on the walls, and the bathroom was clean and well kept. It was good value for the price. There were some annoyances. Our room was right by the stairs and corridor, so noise from guests coming back at night was disruptive. Breakfast was basic for the price: toast, jam, butter, two raw eggs to cook ourselves, and orange juice. It might be better to let guests opt out instead of including it by default. Housekeeping often came in the late afternoon, just as we were returning and getting ready to go out. The toiletries were another disappointment. Shampoo and soap were taken away after the first use, and when we requested more, staff provided them reluctantly and suggested we were technically supposed to pay. That felt unfriendly and below usual hotel standards. Overall, a good stay thanks to the location and helpful staff, though the organization could be better.

Daniel was super helpful and nice, and his English was great. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked. For the price, it was well worth it. The location was great too, right by major bus stops.

We really liked being close to Barrio Lastarria, our favourite part of Santiago, with its great cafés and restaurants. The staff were so helpful: they organized a dependable taxi to the airport and let us check in early in the morning after our 30-hour trip, which was a lifesaver. The bed was very comfortable, and the central spot made it easy to get to Santiago's main attractions on foot or by metro. The hotel feels a bit dated and could use a refresh, but it's comfortable, welcoming, and reasonably priced. The sofa bed was the one downside. It was small for our 17-year-old and would suit a younger child better.

The place was clean, and I felt safe there. The customer service was good, and for the price it was perfect. I'd definitely stay again if I return to Santiago.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was great for reaching the main attractions. Concierge Boris was very kind and helpful, and gave us great recommendations and facts about Santiago. After a long day of travel, we checked in at the front desk. The daytime clerk told us we'd only get enough soap for one day, even though we were staying four nights. If we wanted more, we'd have to buy it at the supermarket. I expected better from a 3-star hotel. Management should reconsider this policy for guests.
