Really relaxed vibe at this hostel, with friendly staff and a smaller, low-key feel. They were great with bikes and even offered to secure mine using their own lock.

The breakfast is nice, and the room stays cool, but the place is dirty and noisy. The beds are big but uncomfortable, and the kitchen isn't well equipped. My windows opened right onto the shared patio and smoking area, so the room was noisy. The staff weren't helpful and seemed to drink wine all afternoon and evening, every evening.

Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple but enough, and it's very bike-friendly. Good value for the price.

I'd choose this place again if I get the chance to return to Santiago. Highly recommended!

The rooms are a little old, though clean, and the service and location are good. The atmosphere and decor could use a bit more care to look sharper.
