The location worked well, close to both the tube and a supermarket. My host was very friendly and caring, and helped me a lot. Breakfast is set out in the fridge for you to serve yourself, and coffee and tea are available during the day. It got quite cold in the room at night, but they provided an extra blanket.

The price was good, things were well organized, the facilities were good, and the receptionists were very friendly. Cable TV didn't work in our room, and the women's restroom doors wouldn't lock. I wanted to rest, but couldn't. Before 7 a.m. on Sunday, other foreign guests kept walking up and down the hall, stomping and talking loudly. It was unpleasant.

It was clean and comfortable, but I had a bad experience on two nights when the receptionist talked loudly with other guests until very late. Guests also left food in pots in the sink or on the stove without being told off. I was so disgusted that I didn't use the kitchen.

We were there during the protests, and the staff helped us a lot with getting to the airport. Our flight was at 9 a.m., with curfew from 7 p.m. the night before until 7 a.m. on the day of the flight. They found us a driver and made payment easier. I'm very grateful!
