Stores are an easy walk away, and the place is clean and right in the center.

The shared kitchen is fully equipped, and the welcome here feels warm. It’s a clean, safe, quiet, comfortable place with a lovely neighborhood that’s walkable at any time and has plazas nearby. The gardens and common areas are especially pleasant, and the spacious room has a private bathroom, personal refrigerator, good mattress, nice windows, and garden views. Wi-Fi is excellent. You’re close to everything: Macul Avenue, public transport and the metro, Cenco Ñuñoa shopping center, Líder supermarket, McDonald's, restaurants, and local shops. The University of Chile's Gómez Millas Campus is just three blocks away. Great value for money.

The peaceful atmosphere, well-equipped rooms, kitchen, and other spaces made my exchange semester stay a great experience. Everything was very budget-friendly compared with other residences that offer less and charge much more 😵‍💫. The neighborhood is really quiet, near a leading supermarket and places like the National Stadium and Ñuñoa Shopping Center. Macul Avenue is just steps away, with buses to different parts of Santiago. This was the best decision I could have made, and it’d be my first choice if I return to Santiago. Alejandro and Silvina were so kind and always ready to help. The place was spotless, welcoming, and had a warm atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay, and the location was excellent. Definitely coming back!
