I'm renting the Airbnb room with a kitchen right now. The hot water, comfy bed and pillows, big swivel TV with Netflix and YouTube, good AC, clean-smelling towels, and lots of lighting are all pros. Breakfast is simple: they make eggs the way you want, with a few cold cuts and a small amount of fruit. The coffee is good, and the staff are excellent. The location is peaceful compared to most areas, with a dog park across the street and restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There's a supermarket and a Smart Fit gym with day passes for $7.50 next door. I'd recommend this over other downtown places for gringos, though I've already been robbed downtown. Keep your cell phone guarded. Robbery is a very serious issue in Chile, and I don't believe you're safe anywhere. The main downside is the room fridge, which sucks and won't keep your drink cold. They should replace the beverage-style fridge with a regular mini fridge. If you're staying to cook, buy what you need and cook it.

I was charged $22 after spilling maybe two drops of soy sauce on the bedsheet. I offered to hand-wash it and show them it would come out, but they refused. The room wasn't especially clean when I checked in, and housekeeping skipped my room on one of my days there, so they aren't exactly keeping things shipshape themselves.

The pool area was small but nice, and the place was very clean. Breakfast was good for an extra 4000 pesos per person. The location is great, the rooms lovely, and the beds really comfortable, with a great shower and air conditioning. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the reception desk is open 24 hours. We'd definitely stay again.

The price was very reasonable for such a nice, fairly upscale hostel. It’s in a handy area, with restaurants and bars within walking distance and Uber easy to get at any time. The place feels new, and both the rooms and outdoor space are nicely done. Our private room was huge and well designed, with a fridge, AC, and a shower that worked well. There’s a pool that seems to be heated, plus an outdoor BBQ area and a decent, simple breakfast served at 8am. The 24-hour front desk staff were friendly and spoke English, and they kept my luggage for a week without charging extra.

The staff were fantastic, and the private room with its own bathroom was comfortable. AC worked well, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi was strong in the common areas, though it didn’t reach well into the rooms. A wonderful hostel, highly recommended.
