The apartments come in 1B-1B and 2B-2B layouts, and there’s a great terrace and pool. Excellent rentals.

The apartments look attractive and minimalist, and the common areas are beautiful and welcoming. The gym is better than a lot of public gyms. Alejandro, Camila, Lorena, and many of the cleaning staff are extremely friendly, kind, and polite. Some things are frustrating, though. When you report a technical problem, management sometimes gives you excuses and never fixes it. The building technician says even they don’t know how to repair it. The way some expenses are split is ridiculous, with some residents paying for what others use. Hot water is also charged separately from water and electricity, and the price is exorbitant. And the smell from the pipes in several apartments is UNBEARABLE. I don’t know if it affects all of them.
