Good afternoon. I need to speak with the hotel manager. I stayed in room 21 last night and left my suitcase in safekeeping. This morning I found its lock broken, and money and some personal belongings were gone. I'll file a report with the tourist police so they can check the security camera footage.

The receptionists were so friendly, and I really liked the location and the plant-filled interior courtyard 😍 Breakfast could use some improvement.

A terrible experience. They forced the locks on our suitcases and took money and personal belongings. I don't recommend it.

The rooms are a little nicer than the rest of the hotel, but I still wouldn't recommend the place. It's old-fashioned inside and so creepy it could pass for a tourist attraction called "The House of Terror," hahaha.
