The staff were helpful and nice, and the location was decent, but the place itself felt like a dump. There was mold on the bathroom ceilings and the WiFi was unreliable at best. I booked 77 Londres and was put in 35 Londres instead. It seemed like a bait and switch, though I can't say whether 35 would have been any better.

I booked a week here in 2014, but when I arrived, they had no record of my reservation and the hotel was full. I had to find somewhere else in December. The management said they couldn't do anything and wouldn't refund the eleven dollars I had paid because they didn't have dollars at the time. When I went back the next day, they paid me in pesos at an exchange rate below the market rate. I let it go because I was on vacation and taking legal action would have been difficult. Still, I wouldn't recommend staying somewhere that shows so little respect or consideration for people.

The service is good, and it's fine for an emergency overnight stay. The bathrooms need maintenance, though. Getting around can also be difficult because there are steps and stairs.

I booked through the Hotel Urbano app for my 14-year-old son and his tennis coach to stay at LONDRES 35. When they got there, they were turned away because it was a motel that charged by the hour. They were sent to Londres 77, but would have had to pay again there. I think this may be a scam. I complained through the app and am waiting for a reply.
