Pullman Santiago Vitacura

This was my second excellent stay at your hotel. Being 10 days and 10,000 km from home, far from my usual surroundings, those thoughtful touches really meant a lot. The whole team made me feel welcome and valued, almost at home, and I’m leaving with wonderful memories. Thank you for the dedication and quality hospitality. I especially want to thank Alejandra for being available, professional, efficient, responsive, and caring. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Staff go above and beyond for guests, and the service is top notch. Breakfast was exquisite, and the restaurant food was delicious. 10 /10

The surrounding area is pleasant, with green spaces and inviting restaurants, and a large shopping centre with a huge supermarket is close by. The hotel isn’t near the city centre. It can accommodate lots of guests, and being part of the Accord group mattered to me for program loyalty. Most staff spoke English and were kind and helpful. My room was spacious and had a kitchenette with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, cutlery, and dishes. That was handy since most of my tours started early, so I could eat in the room when I couldn’t make the breakfast buffet. The buffet was very complete, though I only got to enjoy it once. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet, and the curtains blocked enough sunlight for a good night’s sleep. The staff were polite, and it was good value for money. I used the gym every day, but it’s very small, has almost no equipment, and the free weights are either very light or very heavy. There were no 7, 8, or 10 kg weights. I also skipped the tiny pool, which is near the entrance and parking lot and didn’t seem like a nice place to relax. The big bathroom was fine, but the bathtub had aged and had stains that wouldn’t come off, so it looked dirty. Still, I enjoyed my stay overall. Recommended!

Diana, Julianna, Maria José, and Kevin, the best bartender, were easily the kindest people at the hotel. They went out of their way to make sure everything was right and made me feel cared for from the moment I arrived. Their warmth and attention to detail turned a great stay into a true 5-star experience. Highly recommend!
