Novapark

We spent four nights in a twin room with my brother-in-law. It was clean, roomy enough for two, and serviced each day. Breakfast had a few decent choices, and the kitchen staff were friendly, refilling our water bottles without hesitation. The front desk team gave outstanding service throughout. Special thanks to Diego Parra, who lent me his personal mobile phone twice so I could contact my bank after my debit card was blocked. I can't thank you enough. Muchas gracias a todos.

The attached restaurant's food wasn't good, so we wouldn't recommend eating there. The hotel itself was a nice stay, with well-equipped rooms and a smart TV. It's centrally located, making many places easy to reach on foot or by taxi.

The hotel was clean and nice, and I liked how quiet it was. The staff were friendly. My one disappointment was that there was no coffee or kettle in the room. I also liked having English-language channels, including Netflix and YouTube.

We stayed two nights starting Christmas Day, and the location was unbeatable. Lots of places, parks, walls and food options were within walking distance, with plenty nearby even when we felt lazy. The hotel itself is basic, but for the affordable price I didn't think it was bad. I was there with my teenage son in a twin single room. The AC worked well, the bed was neat and clean, and the lighting was good. There was no drinking water in the room or kettle for boiling water, and the shower supplies were very basic: body and hand soap, plus shampoo and conditioner soap. If you have sensitive skin or brittle hair, bring your own. It upset me that there was no water in the room and we weren't allowed to refill our bottles at breakfast. It felt like a place meant just for sleeping and showering before heading out. I didn't look into the recreation options, but that didn't bother me. Internet worked fine, and I could stream movies on the TV without lag. If you're looking for an affordable, clean place, this could be a good option.
