It's centrally located in the old part of town, and there is underground parking for cars. The hotel is okay for a short stay, but it feels old-fashioned. There was no bottled water or coffee or tea machine in the room. The receptionists were kind, though the restaurant staff weren't as welcoming, and the food wasn't good. Breakfast was a decent buffet. The pool was old and dirty, the sauna was locked, and the gym was just three machines in a room about 2 by 3 meters with an old mirror. There wasn't room for stretching or bodyweight exercise.

The bed was great to sleep in, and both the bar downstairs and breakfast were good. The hotel is a bit dated, but still decent, and the staff handled my broken Spanish and crude gestures really well when I was trying to communicate. It's a formal, professional place, and I'd come back. Watch out for the shower tub, though, it's very slippery, so use the mat.

The air conditioning worked fine, and the shower and tub were very good. The staff were all friendly, but some details let the place down. The restaurant was mediocre, even though the people there were friendly. There was no pool because of the very high temperature, with COVID used as the excuse, and there wasn't enough parking. No smart TV either. The elevator doors close in a rather hysterical way.

The hot showers and okay breakfast were positives, and there was plenty of parking. But security for the parked cars seemed nonexistent. The room was cold, and the restaurant was expensive for food that was lower quality than I expected. This wasn't one of their better locations. My stay could have gone better, though it wasn't horrible, so three stars.

We slept well here because the hotel faces a park, so the surroundings felt quiet and relaxed. The amenities have been renovated and look good. Shops are nearby, along with insurance agents for anyone planning to cross into Argentina the next day through the Icalma lake complex.
