10/10
There’s someone at the front desk around the clock, and the staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. The hotel is excellent, with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and a very complete breakfast.

The location worked well for us, three blocks from the Alameda, with restaurants and stores nearby. The facilities are new, and parking spots are available. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with everything spotless. Staff were professional and friendly, and breakfast was good.

8/10
Parking was a little short of space when all the guests were there, but parking outside worked out fine. It’s a very good place to stay in Talca City, and the breakfast service was good.

They were friendly and polite, but the whole thing felt totally disorganized. When we checked in, we were told there was no Wi-Fi, even though we’d double-checked it while booking because I had a business meeting the next day. I can only hope the hotel elevators reach the top floor.

I couldn’t get work done because the internet was weak, and the staff weren’t friendly. On the morning I was leaving, the kitchen was late, so I couldn’t get breakfast. I’m not sure why this place is rated so highly.
