The owners and staff were so friendly, helpful, and patient with our limited Spanish. They even kept our bags for free until our bus left, about 11 hours after checkout. Breakfast was brought to the room at the time we chose. Our room was clean and in good condition, and the gated property has free WiFi. It’s a block from a main street, near two large street markets, downtown, and a bus depot.

I’d recommend this place and would happily come back. It’s around a 15-minute walk to the main square, with public transportation nearby. The Jac, Igi Llaima, and Narbus bus terminals are also close, along with stops for intercity buses.

They welcomed us even though we arrived late. The beds were very comfortable, the room was heated, and breakfast was excellent. The service was very good, and the price felt fair for what was provided. Thank you.

It’s a lovely place with everything well equipped. The service was excellent, especially from Mrs. Eloisa, Luz, and the night shift gentleman whose name I can’t remember right now. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Temuco.
