The rooms felt very small for what they charged, and the way the place handles entry and exit made the stay feel like an ordeal. We weren't given our own key, there was no separate entrance, and after 11:00 PM we were effectively locked in. We had to ask someone at the hostel to open the door whenever we wanted to leave or come back, so we arranged our plans to return before 11 PM, like we were in prison instead of staying at a hostel. That's far too restrictive for a place hosting tourists. The owner was authoritarian and showed little empathy from the start. We arrived exhausted after car trouble and said we needed to get to our room quickly, but she kept us waiting while she dealt with everything painfully slowly, as if our situation didn't matter. She also pushed her rules without hearing us out, insisting we park in her lot after we'd clearly said we didn't want to. It's so cramped that even opening a car door to get out is difficult. Our stay on November 22nd was very negative. I don't recommend it. The lack of independence, the owner's treatment, and the unreasonable rules made the lodging deeply uncomfortable and not what a stay should be.

Having breakfast brought to the room is a nice touch and really improves the stay. Still, the room was tiny for the price, especially when there are less expensive hostels nearby with better comfort and service.

It's a quiet, clean place, and whenever we're passing through Temuco, we stay there. The service is excellent.

We only stayed because we couldn't find anywhere else, but left the next day to look for another place. The owner treated us worse than anyone ever has. We went to check it out and found we couldn't go out at night: she only let us leave until 11 pm, then locked everything and wouldn't let us back in. We couldn't go out for dinner, or even sit in the enclosed patio, and had to stay in our room. It was disgraceful and humiliating, with so many restrictions for such an expensive place. Breakfast had only half of what was advertised, and it was disgusting. Never again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, don't even bother going.

The service was so warm and friendly, and everyone was lovely with my baby, which I really appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is handy too, close to the center, with a Jac bus office and a Santa Isabel supermarket just around the corner.
