Paulina, the owner, is such a lovely person and a natural guide. The hostel was cozy, clean, and comfortable, close to the Cerro Carcel cultural complex and not far from downtown. I had a really comfy stay and recommend it.

The owner, Paulina, provides excellent service and makes the place feel welcoming. It's a lovely hostel, and I'd happily return. The decor is beautiful, and it's across from the former prison cultural park and near the Teatromuseo.

Pauli was such a sweetheart, and she shared lots of tips on places to eat and visit. Breakfast came with fresh fruit and bread. The hostel was clean, the bathrooms were in good shape, and you could tell the sheets had been changed. 10/10, highly recommend.

It's up high with a nice view, close to the action but not right in the middle of it, haha. The atmosphere is pleasant and feels family-friendly. Pets are welcome, and smoking isn't allowed.
