The owners are attentive and clearly care about making your stay a good one. We loved the beautiful hotel and its great location. Breakfast was excellent, the shower had hot water and strong pressure, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

We loved our three-night stay at the end of November. The owner Felipe is at the desk during the day, and he's friendly, helpful, and fun to talk with in English or Spanish about Valpo, Chile, and current events. The historic house has been renovated beautifully and sits right in the middle of Cerro Alegre, surrounded by charming cafes, shops, and scenic streets for wandering. Our second-floor room was spacious and lovely, with a private bath and a view over the street. Breakfast was excellent. Felipe can also arrange a car to or from the Santiago airport for a reasonable fee. We used it and thought it was well worth it. Highly recommend this inn.

We had a big double room with high ceilings in a lovely old colonial house. The atmosphere was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. Breakfast was good too. The bathroom was okay, though the shower was slippery and the water only warm, never hot.

The reception team were exceptionally kind and helped us plan our vineyard tour. Our rooms were clean and nicely furnished, perhaps recently redecorated, and the breakfast was very good and complete. We had a room with a shared bathroom, also used by just one other room, and that worked perfectly well. There was reception around the clock. A very good guesthouse experience.
