It's a small, quirky boutique hotel in a great spot for Cerro Allegre and Concepcion. The staff are really friendly and breakfast is nice. The steps up to the hotel are steep, so it may not work well for people with disabilities.

I loved the balcony room, one of the most beautiful places I've stayed, with a priceless view. The property is lovely and well kept, with wonderful decor and ambience. Breakfast was a highlight too, with fresh fruit juice, coffee and a delicious spread. My favorite was the pancakes with manjar (dulce de leche). Héctor and the team were professional, helpful and courteous, and made me feel welcome and safe traveling alone as a woman.

I spent four nights here on my own and felt safe and looked after. The people running the hotel were the nicest, incredibly friendly, and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and I loved the beautiful lounge, the lovely bathroom in my room and the great hilltop views.
