Getting there took a little figuring out: Google Maps struggles with the address, so find Templeman street and follow the path to the hotel. Once there, the staff were so accommodating, and the whole place felt clean, chic, and trendy. I booked a small room, which was tidy and well organized, but really only suitable for one person. Breakfast was good, too. I stayed just one night and was impressed by the kind staff, cleanliness, and location.

The room was on the small side, but for the price it worked fine. The hotel is on a quiet street, close to restaurants and transport, and breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, though they didn't speak much English. Comfortable and stylish place, strongly recommended.

Veronica was so kind and friendly, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The problem was the dampness: after a shower, it stayed humid and still, almost like a cave with no air moving. Before long it smelled as damp as it felt.

The owners and staff were really welcoming and friendly, and the place has a lovely atmosphere. The facilities were quite enough for a short visit to Valparaiso, and the location was ideal. It's not a hotel, so we weren't expecting everything to be perfect, but we had a really enjoyable stay.
