The location was excellent, close to the main street art spots, and it was only 10 minutes by Uber from the bus terminal. Our room was excellent, extremely clean, and had a hot shower. Breakfast was magnificent, with fresh fruit, eggs, jams, cheese, and delicious hot Chilean bread. The staff were so friendly and gave us great service and assistance, even though they didn't speak fluent English. Prices were convenient for the high quality, and it's easy to see why this place is an award-winning booking accommodation. We'd definitely stay again.

The walk up to the place is uphill for a while, but I was greeted warmly. The room felt cozy and comfortable, with its own bathroom. Everyone on staff was lovely, and they even made breakfast for me very early in the morning. Thanks so much!

Violeta and André speak English well and were especially helpful. The staff were courteous, the rooms clean, and the service excellent. A good, filling breakfast is included too. I’d encourage anyone visiting Valparaiso to stay here while exploring the Concepcion area.

We enjoyed our two nights here. It’s a clean, no-frills local hotel in a good spot, and the breakfasts were pretty good. Reception was also really helpful with local information.

The staff were friendly and very professional, and breakfast was one of the best we had at places in this price range. The B&B keeps its historic character while offering rooms that have been updated.
