I left a day early because I didn't want this to spoil my holiday. I was in room No. 7, which was so dark I couldn't tell day from night, and it was only about as big as a queen bed. The shower wasn't clean, with hairs stuck to the wall and floor. Room service was poor, and there weren't even towels in my room. Breakfast was mediocre and didn't come on time. I paid $100 per night and they wouldn't refund anything.

Alejandro was incredible about making sure we had everything we needed during our stay, and the rest of the staff were exceptional too. The rooms were clean, the shower was large, and the atmosphere was cozy. Breakfast was big. Such a unique, beautiful experience for good value. Thank you!!!

It was decorated like a medieval castle, and the dungeon was very cool. My bed and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was even a cute cat living there.

The place is beautiful, the staff are very kind, and they're all in disguise. The food is fine, but there's not much to eat or drink apart from breakfast. It got a bit noisy at night because the doors are really loud.

Breakfast was so cool, and they even have traditional clothes to wear. The staff were really friendly and made us feel like we were living the whole castle experience. Excellent service in an amazing hotel, a great experience!
