Hotel Ágora

The service was good, and the rooms were basic but comfortable. The location puts everything close by, but there are bars and clubs right next door. I woke at 2 a.m. to noise and shouting, then couldn’t get back to sleep. They offer private parking, but the lot was full and I had to leave my car on the sidewalk, which didn’t feel safe at all. I came to rest and got no rest.

The central location worked well for us since we didn't have a car, and on Sunday they stored our bags after checkout so we could see a bit more of the city before heading back to Santiago. We stayed November 28th to 30th and would recommend it. The room was beside a bar and got pretty noisy, though we still managed to rest. Breakfast had juice, yogurt, cereal, bread, ham, cheese, and more. Everyone was welcoming, from housekeeping to reception. Grisella was especially kind to us.

We were really grateful for the little extra Rodrigo and his wife gave us. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was fully equipped, and the linens were top quality. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including tea, juice, cold cuts, toast, eggs, fruit, avocado, and tasty carrot cake. The whole team was so friendly, from breakfast and housekeeping to the concierge, Maria José, and the night attendant. The hotel was very clean, and we hope to come back.

It was easy to get to several attractions from this safe, welcoming place. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the staff at reception and throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was both tasty and generous. We were very grateful for our stay.
