2/10
I booked the hotel just 10 minutes before arriving, but then realized there was no parking and the location didn't suit me. I hadn't used the room, and canceled at the hotel itself, yet they still charged me for the day. I complained to SERNAC (Chile's National Consumer Service), but the hotel didn't respond. Keeping the cost of a night's stay when I never even used the room felt disrespectful. It was a bad experience.

The cooks made delicious breakfasts, and special thanks to Javier for preparing breakfast at 6:00 AM. Reception and housekeeping service were excellent. Constanza and her team were outstanding. Highly recommended!

The facilities look just like the photos, and breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly, too. It's a great location for visiting Viña del Mar and Valparaíso, and I'd return.

Right in the heart of Viña del Mar, the hotel is very well located. It was very clean, breakfast was excellent, and the staff gave great service. Beautiful place, highly recommended.

The service was excellent, which made the room problems a shame. Our first room faced the street and was so noisy that sleep was impossible. They moved us, but the second room had a fixed window above the door that let in all the hallway light. We couldn't sleep there either.
