The view really stands out, and the staff were some of the kindest and most helpful hotel people I’ve met. Our room felt cozy and comfortable, and the heater made a real difference when the weather was cool. There are several good cafés and restaurants nearby, along with Starbucks. A few things could be better: the Wi-Fi was weak, the shower swung between hot and cold, and breakfast was simple with little variety. The amenities are basic, so it seems better suited to a short stay. There also isn’t a spot to make tea or coffee during the day, though the staff are happy to help. Still, it’s a comfortable place with a lovely view and welcoming people.

The staff really made our stay. We arrived late on a winter afternoon, and since they were expecting us, they’d already switched on the heater to warm the place. Everything was clean and neat, from the sheets to the bathrooms. Breakfast was generous and included cooked eggs, brought right at the time we’d asked for the night before. A very nice, cozy place.
