We stayed in the top apartment, with a jacuzzi inside, and enjoyed it a lot. It was a lovely place with a beautiful ocean view. The stairs down to the beach are manageable if you're able to climb them, though of course they aren't suitable for someone with a disability. The staff were very kind, too. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't pay without the tax for foreigners. That's fairly common in Chile, so we had expected it somehow, even though it wasn't mentioned in the description, but it made the price higher. Breakfast could be larger, or at least replenished more often. It was always funny watching guests look at each other over who would take the last piece of butter or salami.

I went with my daughter, and Valentina took wonderful care of us, 10/10. Everyone was so kind, cheerful, and helpful, and the place was spotless. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There's a mini-fridge, and it was quiet during breaks. We'd come back in a heartbeat! :)

The place is comfortable and the service is excellent, with a lovely receptionist. Watch out for an account called "turismo canalillo" that tries to scam people by offering rooms at this hotel. It's better to book through Booking.com or the hotel's own website.

Valentina and Suky were incredibly attentive and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the hotel is lovely, and the views are wonderful!

The rooms are lovely, the service is very good, and breakfast is decent. The place itself is lovely too. One thing to keep in mind: even though the beach is only 150 meters away, getting there is difficult unless you're fit enough for 260 steps. There are also lots of stairs and uneven floors in the hotel, so it won't suit every traveler.
