The service was good, and I’d recommend trying the shrimp, but the room was very dirty. There was hair everywhere, the door handles were dirty and looked like they had vomit on them, and someone’s nail clippings were still in the bathroom. The Jacuzzi didn’t work either. The shower water took exactly 15 minutes to heat up. And if your windows face the pool, there’s live music in the evening, so you won’t be able to fall asleep.

The hotel itself is good and the location is excellent, but the elevators are outdated and in very poor condition, with clear signs they haven’t been properly maintained. We had a frightening incident when one suddenly dropped from level -2 to level -3 and part of its ceiling was damaged. We were trapped for about 15 minutes, and a pregnant woman was with us, which made it especially distressing. When I reported it to management, they told me similar incidents had happened before. That suggests a serious safety risk, yet there doesn’t seem to have been any corrective action. The lack of urgency and accountability is deeply alarming. Guest safety should never be put at risk, and overlooking problems this serious is unacceptable.

After our full-day event, we had lunch at the hotel and enjoyed the food. The place was nice and had all the amenities we needed.

The location and the good things about this hotel are let down by the pool setup. There’s no proper changing room, locker, or umbrella, so as a client I have nowhere to put my clothes and have to stay right out in the sun. Please fix this, it’s a serious issue.
