The apartments are comfortable, the location is good, and security at the hotel is great. The street does have some safety concerns, though, since pickpockets move around there after dark. If you're going for a late walk, you could ask the guard to come with you. All in all, it felt like a home away from home in Douala.

The service and the way customers are handled are very bad. Hygiene and cleanliness are very poor too.

The apartments are secure and the food is good. They have one-, two-, and three-bedroom flats, with prices that are very reasonable, around 45 fcfa per night or 67 euro's. I'd recommend it for families.

Three years ago, this was the best place to live, and the prices matched that reputation. These days, though, you can find better options for half what they charge for both their non meuble and meuble units.

It's a quiet place, and they provide good, fast service.
