We booked through Booking.com, but the arrangement had changed by the time we arrived. The manager said what we’d paid for a studio wasn’t enough, so we were given a room instead. I expected something decent, but was very disappointed: the sink was broken in the middle of the toilet area and blocked access, and there was no light or handle for closing the toilet door. We were a couple, so that was especially awkward. It felt more like a worker’s apartment. We had a terrible first night, then asked to move rooms for the second night. The new room was acceptable, but I’m disappointed with this booking.

What a lovely find. We were welcomed warmly, the setting was magnificent, and the quality was impeccable. Thank you for a perfect moment. We’ll definitely be back!
