The rooms are spacious and clean, but there isn’t enough parking.

I had a bad stay. At check-in, I was given the nice luxury room I’d booked, but there was no Wi-Fi coverage, so I asked reception to move me. The second room was in bad shape and unclean, with water all over the bathroom as if someone had showered five minutes before I arrived. The internet didn’t work there either. On top of that, I got food poisoning from a shawarma I ordered from the restaurant.

Chef Joseph Awano was kind and helpful during my recent stay at the hotel Shalom in Garoua. We were vegetarian, and he made us delicious food. It was a very good experience overall. Thank you.

A really nice place, though it takes far too long for the food to arrive.

The neighborhood feels safe and clean, and it’s close to the city center. The rooms are very clean too. This place feels like a hidden paradise in Garoua, and I’d say it’s the best hotel in town for leisure.
