The food was a highlight: everything I ate was tasty, fresh, and nicely presented, and breakfast had plenty of choice. The service team was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is also conveniently located for getting around Yaoundé, and security felt top-notch. I found the rooms spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with modern amenities and a breathtaking city view. The bed felt like heaven, and housekeeping kept everything in perfect shape during my stay. The setting was clean, elegant, and beautifully maintained, giving it a real luxury feel. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. This was an absolutely unforgettable stay at a five-star hotel, one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Cameroon. For luxury, comfort, and excellent service, it was worth the five stars, and I'd highly recommend it.

You're right in the heart of Bastos, with offices, restaurants, and other places easy to reach. The hotel is very clean and the customer service is great.

We had a mechanical problem with our car during our four-night stay this May, and the manager was so kind and helpful. He recommended a mechanic who fixed it. The hotel itself was really great: clean, spacious rooms, tasty food at the restaurant, and very friendly service. The WiFi was good and reliable, and there's a large car park on site. It's in an excellent location, near lots of shops and restaurants. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in Yaounde!

The attached restaurant does delicious chicken and fish for dinner. Breakfast isn't included; it costs 3500 CFA and came with Nescafe instant coffee, an omelette, and sometimes fruit. For a quieter stay over several nights, I'd suggest asking for a room on the 3rd or 4th floor. The rooms are quite large and have hot water, a comfy bed, a/c, and a small kitchenette, pretty much everything you need to be comfortable. The staff are lovely and accommodating. It's a good option if you're staying in the Bastos area.
