Fan Xuezhen really helped us when we lost our belongings. She personally worked with us to find them and coordinated with the local police, turning what could have been a nightmare into something manageable. She also knows the city well and shared local tips and cultural details that gave us an authentic experience we wouldn't have found on our own. Her recommendations were thoughtful and suited to what we liked. She clearly cares about her guests and makes people feel welcome and supported. For a New Year's gift to travelers like us, I hope she gets the promotion she deserves. Her dedication and skills make her a real asset to the hotel. We'll return and ask for her help again.

We had a great stay at the Mercure. When we ran into a problem, the staff were really helpful and gave us a late checkout at no charge. Highly recommend it!

The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The shuttle got me to the hotel quickly, and staying there was convenient. Connecting with them on WeChat helps. I also loved the purple and green hallways, they reminded me of the Wizard of Oz.

Mr Augustin Manager Xin Xin from Sales was professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had AI facilities. They also served a range of authentic food and free supper. I had a great experience and would definitely stay at Mercury Guangzhou Airport again. Highly recommended, and thank you!

We’re bringing 170 international students to stay here, and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Guangzhou. The lobby is bright and spacious, and the rooms are modern and large, with comfortable beds and voice control. Manager Mr Augustine Xin Xin was especially helpful. The breakfast spread was superb too. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely stay again.
