My mom and son came on the trip with me, and the hotel managed to put us together on the 20th floor. We swam every day in the pool, which is at least 25m long and great for laps. The gym had nice equipment, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was really good, and the dim sum restaurant was bomb! Amazing service all around. My son, who criticizes everything, gave it 5/5.

The food was excellent, and the beers were cold, which mattered most! Lisa always went above and beyond to look after us. The gym is well equipped, and there’s a swimming pool too. If you’re visiting Guangzhou and want to stay away from the busy city, this is a great choice. Greg and team, well done. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back!

The front desk gave us excellent service. Our room was spacious, nicely designed, and very clean. I’d rate the location 4/5: we liked the quieter neighborhood, and it was close enough to where we needed to go.

The rooms were clean and nice, the views stretched a long way, and it was good value for money. Ms Lisa Lu was especially friendly and helpful, and general manager Greg gave us warm German hospitality.

The rooms are cozy and come with all the amenities you’d need. Staff are courteous and helpful, and room service is quick. A perfect place to stay.
