The service was pretty good, but there was a frustrating issue with an online order. When it arrived, they said they couldn't find it, and it took forever without the problem being resolved. The rooms were okay, but we switched because the first one had hair on the floor and was a bit dirty when we entered. When we asked the helpers for water, they gave us at least twenty bottles. The bathroom also clogged easily if you put tissue in it.

The service wasn't bad, and the front desk staff were responsive, but the room and bathroom were dirty, with layers of dirt and mold everywhere. The TV didn't work, and the WiFi was slow and weak. It's walkable to the MTR station, but the route has only stairs and no elevator. There are better options.

We tried three hotels on our Guangzhou trip, and JI HOTEL was the only one where my family and kids felt reasonably comfortable. The cleanliness could have been better, but the location and general atmosphere made the stay decent compared with the other places.

Yuexiu Park is right beside the hotel, and you can walk to the subway, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. Beijing Pedestrian Street is also a short distance away. We booked the memory foam queen and twin rooms on Agoda, and they looked just like the pictures. Both were clean, roomy and had what we needed. There’s free coffee in the lobby and laundry on site, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it for a Guangzhou visit.

After 12 days here, I can say it was the worst experience. The place was very dirty, the rooms weren't cleaned, and even the tea cups were left unwashed. One staff member was also really impolite. I wouldn't come back, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
