I wanted a double bed but was given a room with two single beds. The bathroom toilet leaked during my one-night stay and was a bit noisy. In the morning, it had no water to flush after I used it, which was really disgusting. There was no toothpaste in the bathroom either.

Clean and cheap, close to Mongkok MTR. Highly recommended for a short stay on a low budget.

This is part of the same chain as Ah Shan Hostel and was a little cheaper. I arrived at 10pm and was initially worried because nobody was there, so I couldn't check in. Someone eventually came and got me checked in. I stayed three nights with just a towel.

The location is really excellent, and the owner was incredibly generous and kind. The cat at the counter is adorable, lol. I only used the luggage storage service, so I can't say what the rooms are like. With Bounce, you can leave your luggage for 60 HKD. Bounce lists the building location, but you need to go up to the 14th floor. If I visit Hong Kong again, I'd consider staying at the hotel.

The room was new, clean, and tidy, and the bathroom was also new and clean with good water pressure and adjustable hot and cold water. I liked having hot and cold drinking water available, and the subway and several bus stops were nearby. The pillows were clean and new, but too soft and saggy, and gave me neck and headaches while I slept.
