The lift and room had quite a lot of scratches, but that was a small thing. Getting to the subway meant walking through a local market that was wet and smelly in the hot summer. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay. Check-in was very good, with cheerful, attentive staff. We had a lovely view and liked the complimentary mobile phone and mobile wifi. The interior was nice too.

The staff are the reason I'd return. They made us feel welcome, were professional and polite, and gave great suggestions for shopping and especially lunch and dinner. When we had a small accident, they were very kind, got us everything we needed, and kept helping us. The rooms were better than expected for the price, and I thought the location was really good too. There's a portable wife, plus a subway station and tram line less than a 10 minute walk away. The area is lively at night and has countless food options.

The room was immaculate, cozy, and massive, with a beautiful view, and the price was very affordable. The location was amazing too. I might have taken off a star for there being no laundry room, though there's a nearby Laundromat run by very friendly people, provided you speak Cantonese, and it's quite affordable. Service was decent but nothing to write home about. Keep it up!

The first-floor restaurant seemed extremely pricey to me. The reception staff were warm and friendly, and communicated well in English. Rooms are average in size, neat, and comfortable. Deluxe rooms come with complimentary water, tea and coffee, a kettle, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and foam bath, plus toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, towels and a shower cap. Check out the free rental item. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The location is decent, with MTR stations about a 5-10 minute walk away, and the staff are generally helpful and good. The hotel seems a bit old but is acceptable. Rooms are quite small, and cleanliness was close to average. Overall it felt like an average place, and I don't feel inclined to stay again.
